ePerformax is seeking a dynamic and experienced BPO Team Leader / Team Manager to lead our Pioneer Account team in Bali. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 5-10 agents, and ensure seamless client service delivery. You will work closely with our clients in various industries, including finance, healthcare, and retail, to meet their specific business process needs. Our team uses industry-standard tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 BPO agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Manage client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk to track and manage client inquiries and support tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPO to drive innovation and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer service management.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is a significant advantage.
