📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with JD.com's quality and sustainability standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and on-time delivery of products.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track and analyze sourcing performance, providing insights for decision-making.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the supplier community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier development, or procurement management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team.
