📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and insurance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before and during use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for company operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctuality and adherence to company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain a detailed inspection log.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
