Tech Space Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
