📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and job openings.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
