📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet strategies and policies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of cost-saving and efficiency improvements in fleet operations.
