📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.,Providing feedback to candidates on their interview performance.,Updating job postings and maintaining the company's applicant tracking system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source quality candidates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
