📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of department heads, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, communicating departmental goals and progress.,Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into departmental strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the property management or related industry.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of property management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
