📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
