📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and sales tracking.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to boost sales.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise.,Assist in the preparation of the store for opening and closing, including display setup and cleanup.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
