📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty consultations to customers, recommending the best products and services to meet their individual needs.
• Stock and manage inventory, ensuring our retail outlets are well-stocked and organized.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Promote our brand through engaging customer interactions and social media.
• Participate in sales targets and contribute to meeting or exceeding retail performance goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry to offer cutting-edge solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty retail or beauty consultation.
• Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with beauty software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM software.
• Certification in beauty therapy or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
