📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve set goals.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all organizational goals are met.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as HRIS, project management software, etc.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
