Duta Bimo Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the Bookkeeper in managing the company's financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Support the Bookkeeper in managing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
