PT Inti Cakrawala is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Production Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor production progress and quality control to maintain standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills.,Support the production manager in resolving operational issues and challenges.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
