📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the business development strategy for Roblox's payments business, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.,Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment processors, and other key stakeholders to ensure a robust and reliable payments ecosystem.,Oversee the integration and implementation of new payment solutions, ensuring they align with Roblox's business objectives and user experience.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the use of Roblox's payment services.,Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.,Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.,10+ years of experience in business development, particularly in the payments industry.,Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Familiarity with Roblox's platform and ecosystem is a plus.
