📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely availability.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers as needed.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
