As a Guest Relations Officer, you'll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared for. Your daily tasks will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. You'll also be responsible for maintaining guest records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

In addition to your guest-facing role, you'll also serve as an Occupational Health Nurse, focusing on the health and safety of our employees. You'll conduct health screenings, manage health records, and provide first aid when necessary. This role requires a deep understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to educate and guide our staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Conduct health screenings and manage health records for employees.
• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
• Educate and guide employees on health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
