📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and onboarding strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offering and hiring the best talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with our HR team to develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are successful and integrated into our organization.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment and onboarding best practices and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and other talent acquisition partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
