📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and site regulations.
• Implement and monitor HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Lead training and development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with management to address HR challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
