📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
