📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes and deliveries.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.,Assist in the resolution of any issues or problems that may arise with the fleet.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in any other tasks as needed.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
