As a Junior Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the performance of our retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.,Provide regular reports to the regional manager on store performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
