📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.,Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.,Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and contribute effectively to projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.,Ensure designs are optimized for various digital and print platforms.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Provide creative solutions to design challenges and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.,Manage and maintain design assets and templates for consistent branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.,Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
