📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing quality control measures.
  • Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tests.
  • Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems.
  • Valid certification in relevant laboratory standards and regulations.
  • Ability to travel for work as needed.
