Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and industry networks.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet our company's standards and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely, quality candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
