📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.,Ensure that all food and beverage inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience with marketing and customer service is a plus.
