CV Pancaran Kreasi is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee development and learning.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
