📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the arcade games, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
  • Monitor game performance and address any technical issues promptly.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and game knowledge.
  • Promote and upsell games and merchandise to increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory and restock games and supplies as needed.
  • Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the store's overall strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of arcade games and gaming industry trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
