📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and organization.
• Organize and support events, including setup, breakdown, and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and materials to various departments.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of food and beverages during events.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of basic event planning and coordination.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
