📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze vessel management reports, including fuel consumption, crew costs, and maintenance expenses.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and reconcile vessel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for vessel operations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
• Provide financial support to the vessel management team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain and update vessel financial records and documentation.
• Participate in financial meetings and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, auditing, or a similar role within the maritime industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with maritime financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and financial reporting standards (e.g., IMO, IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
