📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Support the molding process by assisting in tooling design and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Update and maintain project documentation and records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in engineering or a related field, preferably in project management or molding.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
