📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests from guests.
• Use our Tablet POS system and CRM software to manage orders and customer interactions efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-end dining establishment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Tablet POS systems and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid food handling certificate and clean driving record.
