📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Documenting patient health information accurately and maintaining patient records.,Promoting a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.,Assisting in the organization and management of the nursing unit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
